·        We will find the homeowner (sometimes with your help)

·        We will contact them and offer to buy their house

If the homeowner sells to us:

·        Our Closing Department will contact you,

·        Get a little more Confidential Personal Information from you, and

·        You will receive a $500 check at closing from our Title Agent
